Springpoint at Home Earns Accreditation from Joint Commission
As a testament to quality offerings provided by Springpoint, Springpoint at Home earns the senior living industry’s “seal of approval.” Our home care management program received re-accreditation for a three-year term from the Joint Commission. This is the highest vote of confidence from the nation’s leading healthcare accrediting organization.
An organization that earns Joint Commission accreditation is commended on its quest for quality programs and services. Our organization is also committed to reducing risk, addressing health and safety concerns, respecting cultural and individual preferences and providing the best possible quality care.
As an accredited provider, Springpoint at Home has voluntarily put itself through a rigorous peer review process and demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site survey that it is committed to conforming to accreditation conditions and standards. The Joint Commission survey notes how well staff members knew each client and provide individualized plan of care. A strong culture of safety, leadership and continuous quality improvement were also noted. Emergency evacuation plans, human resource files, electronic medical records and quality assurance plans were all reviewed with a specific focus on safety and education.
This coveted seal of approval assures consumers that Springpoint at Home has met or exceeded the highest quality standard of excellence.
