Director of Home Care and Care Management
Annette is a current Fellow of the Academy of ALCA with over 30 years in health care. Prior to Annette’s current role as Director of Home Care, she worked as a geriatric care manager and supervisor for Springpoint at Home. She has worked as a director of social work in a long-term care setting in acute rehabilitation and brain injury rehabilitation, as a support group leader for stroke patients and caregivers, in the activities department with dementia clients, and as an adjunct professor at The College of New Jersey. She is a licensed clinical social worker, a certified advanced case manager, and a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
Annette serves on the National ALCA board and is an avid community volunteer. She is a member of the Springpoint Senior Living Ethics Committee and attends the Mercer County Workforce Development Committee meetings. Annette holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Family Studies and Gerontology from Messiah College.

Kelly joined Springpoint at Home as the Director of Marketing and Community Relations in 2024. With over 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry and over 25 years in marketing and sales, her extensive background reflects genuine compassion for the aging population. Kelly is an ongoing advocate for those needing support and resources and is always ready to help.
In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, staying active and healthy, as well as spending time with her two daughters and her pup, Charlie.

gnes has been an RN since 2010 and received her BSN from Felician University in 2012. She had been working in homecare for 13 years before joining Springpoint At Home. She has spent most of her career working in the pediatric home care division and is enjoying her career expanding into the eldercare space.
Agnes has a warm and compassionate approach to working with all different individuals, and all different age groups. She is excited at the opportunity to broaden her outreach into the community and taking on leadership roles amongst the Certified Home Health Aides.
She loves spending time with her family, including her nieces and nephews. She is proud to be part of Springpoint At Home and looks forward to supporting our clients and their families and sharing her kindness, expertise, and empathetic skills.

Rita brings along 20+ years of experience in senior homecare and case management, working in a multitude of roles over the span of her career. She graduated from TCNJ with a BSN in Nursing, is a certified case manager, an Aging Life Care Manager as well a certified dementia practitioner. She is honored to be a part of this great Springpoint at Home team!
Rita enjoys spending her off work time with her husband, children and grandchildren. Two favorite happy places are the Jersey and Delaware shores.

Gerri recently joined the team as an Aging Life Care Advisor™. She has served as a social worker in the healthcare field for over 25 years. She previously worked for Meadow Lakes, a Springpoint Life Plan Community, in the capacity as the skilled health care social worker. Her curiosity in applying her skills and knowledge to Aging Life Care Advising™/Care Management led her in this new direction. It is truly her vast knowledge of the aging population from long term care settings and inpatient rehabilitation settings that allow her to provide the highest level of client support possible.
In her time outside of work, Gerri can be found spending time with her family. She looks forward to this journey with her clients and their families.

Bettyann has over 30 years of healthcare experience working in a variety of healthcare settings including long term care, subacute care, acute rehabilitation, and brain injury rehabilitation centers as well as a large academic teaching hospital.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure studies from Temple University and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. She also holds a Master of Arts in Urban Bioethics with a focus on End-of-Life Care from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University.

Alyx has earned the prestigious distinction of Advanced Professional Care Manager, due to her years of experience and certification through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. Additionally, she has completed a Certification in Dementia Care through Inspired Memory Care. Alyx holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Monmouth University and has dedicated her life to this work.
As a Care Manager, Alyx coordinates and oversees Care Plans for the aging population and clients with disabilities and/or terminal illnesses. She is a compassionate Social Worker with strong listening and communication skills. She is known for building reliable working relationships, having the desire to learn new skills and engage in unique challenges. Alyx enjoys spending time with family, hiking, reading, and traveling.

Wendy joined Springpoint at Home as a Geriatric Care Manager in December 2018. She has earned the prestigious distinction of Advanced Professional Care Manager, due to her years of experience and certification through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. Early in her career, she worked with the New Jersey Division on Aging in policy and planning for statewide senior services. While raising her family, she stepped out of the geriatric field and served as the director for a preschool for homeless and at-risk children for 21 years. She is delighted to have returned to her original passion and expertise — geriatric care. Her particular interests are in the areas of geriatric mental health and advocacy.
Wendy holds a Master of Science in Gerontology from the University of Southern California, a Certificate from the University of Southern California in Patient Care Advocacy in Mental Health, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Muhlenberg College.
