We want to thank our care managers and aides who are so often the face of Springpoint at Home, but we recognize that support comes to our elders in many unseen ways. From the housekeeping staff in a community, to intake schedule coordinators who move heaven and earth to ensure care is in place, we offer thanks as well. A special appreciation is given to family members and friends that pick up the phone to express a concern, which allows us to be proactive about changes in care or put care in place.
