Springpoint at Home recently celebrated our administrative professionals with a luncheon on National Administrative Professionals’ Day. These team members are the unsung heroes of Springpoint at Home, and their hard work and dedication keeps our business going. It’s important that they know we appreciate them!
Home care and care management is a very personal business. Calls often come at a moment of crisis or when a family is struggling most. The person on the other end of that phone is a lifeline to the client and their families.
Our intake scheduling coordinators are the ones who answer those calls. They are the face of Springpoint at Home and are the first point-of-contact for our families and caregivers. They are often called upon to make scheduling adjustments on a moment’s notice. They represent both clients and caregivers, and they do their job with empathy and grace. We are grateful to have an amazing team of scheduling coordinators who care so deeply about the people they work with.
