Crystal Belcher

Lead Intake Scheduling Coordinator

Crystal has been in the healthcare field for over 10 years as a Certified Medical Assistant. Her experience, attention to detail, and compassionate manner make her a great asset to our scheduling team.

In her free time, Crystal likes spending time with family. They enjoy swimming, bicycling, and playing board games.

 

Lisa CanditoLisa Candito

Billing Facilitator

Lisa has over 23 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to being promoted to facilitator, she managed the scheduling for Meadow Lakes, Monroe Village, and The Atrium at Navesink Harbor. She is responsible for billing and scheduling at Springpoint at Home.

Lisa facilitates long-term care insurance reimbursement and is the supervisor to the Intake Scheduling Coordinators. Her medical training and certifications include corporate compliance training and certification as a Specialized Clinical Technician and Medical Assistant.

 

Bettyann Cramer-Manchin, MAUB, CDP

Geriatric Care Manager/Aging Life Care Advisor™

Bettyann has over 30 years of healthcare experience working in a variety of healthcare settings including long term care, subacute care, acute rehabilitation, and brain injury rehabilitation centers as well as a large academic teaching hospital.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure studies from Temple University and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. She also holds a Master of Arts in Urban Bioethics with a focus on End-of-Life Care from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University.

Intake Scheduling Coordinator

Tina is an asset to the Springpoint at Home Team. She has a positive attitude, strong client service skills, and provides timely and accurate scheduling for our Certified Home Health Aides. Tina’s healthcare career includes over ten years of experience as a professional medical coder.

In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and taking her three children on adventurous explorations.

 

Jesica Ebanks

Intake Scheduling Coordinator

Jesica has worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. She is a dedicated professional who schedules services for clients and family members in need of homecare solutions. Her bright personality and business knowledge makes her a great addition to the Springpoint at Home team.

Outside of the office, Jessica loves spending quality time with her family. She enjoys visiting local recreational parks and baking.

 

 Jennifer Jamieson, CSW

Geriatric Care Manager/Aging Life Care Advisor™

Jennifer is a dedicated Geriatric Social Worker with 30 years of experience.  She is a new member of the Aging Life Care Association and continues to advance her professional standing.

She has worked in various healthcare settings over her career including Acute Care, Rehab/Long Term Care, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, and Community Care Management.  Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree at Niagara University. She has a passion for supporting clients and their loved ones thru the aging process.

Jennifer has three children and lives at the Jersey Shore. She enjoys the ocean, working out, yoga, meditation, and overall healthy living.

 

Alyx Lennon, MSW, CDCP 

Geriatric Care Manager/Aging Life Care Advisor™

Alyx has earned the prestigious distinction of Advanced Professional Care Manager, due to her years of experience and certification through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. Additionally, she has completed a Certification in Dementia Care through Inspired Memory Care.  Alyx holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Monmouth University and has dedicated her life to this work.

As a Care Manager, Alyx coordinates and oversees Care Plans for the aging population and clients with disabilities and/or terminal illnesses. She is a compassionate Social Worker with strong listening and communication skills. She is known for building reliable working relationships, having the desire to learn new skills and engage in unique challenges. Alyx enjoys spending time with family, hiking, reading, and traveling.

 

Annette Murphy, MSW, LSW, C-ASWCM

Director of Home Care and Care Management

Annette has over 20 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings. Prior to Annette’s current role as Director of Home Care, she worked as a geriatric care manager and supervisor for Springpoint at Home. She has worked as a director of social work in a long-term care setting in acute rehabilitation and brain injury rehabilitation, as a support group leader for stroke patients and caregivers, in the activities department with dementia clients, and as an adjunct professor at The College of New Jersey. She is a licensed clinical social worker, a certified advanced case manager, and a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

Annette serves on the Board of Directors for the Aging Life Care® Association of New Jersey and is an avid community volunteer. She is a member of the Springpoint Senior Living Ethics Committee and attends the Mercer County Workforce Development Committee meetings. Annette holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Family Studies and Gerontology from Messiah College.

 

Mary Anne RossMary Anne Ross, CSW, CDP

Geriatric Care Manager/Aging Life Care Advisor™

Mary Anne Ross is a certified social worker who has provided case management and counseling to older adults, people with dementia, and their families for over 30 years.

Prior to joining the Springpoint team, she worked at Rutgers University as a key member of the clinical geriatric team at the COPSA Institute for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders. There she developed research interests, participating in and publishing articles regarding caregiver studies. She also developed the professional training program for the Institute and provided trainings for social workers, nurses, doctors, and psychologist.

Mary Anne was invited to serve on the New Jersey State Commission on Alzheimer’s disease. She loves working with older adults and their families and has a particular passion for helping families cope with the challenges of dementia.

 

Joan Schmidt, RN, MS

Nursing Supervisor

Joan Schmidt has over three decades of home care and hospice experience. She graduated from Rutgers College of Nursing, has been an RN since 1988, and holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Information Technology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

She lives in Hamilton with her husband, Bill, and dog, Buddy, and loves camping and traveling in her new RV. She has three grown children and three grandchildren.

 

Wendy SchutzerWendy Schutzer, MSG, CDP

Geriatric Care Manager/Aging Life Care Advisor™

Wendy joined Springpoint at Home as a Geriatric Care Manager in December, 2018. Early in her career, she worked with the New Jersey Division on Aging in policy and planning for statewide senior services. While raising her family, she stepped out of the geriatric field and served as the director for a preschool for homeless and at-risk children for 21 years. She is delighted to have returned to her original passion and expertise — geriatric care. Her particular interests are in the areas of geriatric mental health and advocacy.

Wendy holds a Master of Science in Gerontology from the University of Southern California, a Certificate from the University of Southern California in Patient Care Advocacy in Mental Health, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Muhlenberg College.

 

Wendy Slocombe, RN, BSN, CCM

Home Care Staff Nurse

Wendy joined our team with over fifteen years of experience working with a wide range of people who require assistance in home and healthcare facilities. A Registered Nurse who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, she enjoys her work and is thankful for the opportunity to be in this field.

Wendy prefers outdoor sports, has a lifelong involvement with horses, and enjoys pickleball. She is happily married to her Australian husband and lives at the Jersey Shore.

Jennifer Szymanik, RN

Director of Nursing

Jennifer joined our team as an RN Supervisor with over eleven years’ experience in nursing. Over the years, she has continued her education and growth within her field and is currently working on a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration. Jennifer has held several healthcare positions during her career, bringing a wealth of knowledge and impeccable skillset.
Jennifer has a profound love for the mental health community and advocating for mental health education. She became a Mental Health First Aid Certified Instructor in 2018 and specializes in youth and adult mental health training. Additionally, Jennifer specialized in legal nurse consulting in 2019 and continues to advocate for client protection and rights.

Jennifer and her husband, who are ‘pre-school’ sweethearts, just celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary. She is the proud mom of a five-year-old daughter and three-year-old son. She loves cooking, traveling, hiking, and taking trips on their family boat. Jennifer’s a great addition to the Springpoint at Home team with her insight and wisdom!

 

Michele WoodleyMichele Woodley, MSW

Administrative Assistant/Human Resources

A Springpoint Senior Living professional for more than 11 years, Michele joined the Springpoint at Home team in 2018. She is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Care, nursing supervisors, registered nurses, and intake coordinators in the overall operations of office activities according to policies and procedures. She maintains confidentiality of all Springpoint at Home-related information and collaborates with Springpoint’s human resources staff regarding employee benefit programs. Her experience also includes corporate compliance training and comprehensive understanding of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics. She has been a member of the NASW since 2013.

Michele holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Business Administration as well as a certificate in Gerontology.
