Alyx Lennon MSW, CDCP, has been a partner to our client who has lived at Meadow Lakes for the past year. Her family lives out of state, so it is important that there is someone locally to handle the day-to-day for her.

In our client’s words, “Alyx prepares everything I need on a daily basis by being proactive and always one step ahead. She thinks of everything that I cannot think of anymore. For example, when I went into the hospital, Alyx made sure I had clothing, insurance cards, along with mental support and guidance. Alyx is there for me every step of the way, through all stages of my healthcare journey.

Bettyann Cramer-Machin, Geriatric Care Manager/Aging Life Care Advisor™, works with a client who has used our care management services for seven years. Bettyann has been with him for three years and he is grateful that through her support he is able to live and thrive on his own.

His most memorable moment with Bettyann was when she helped him buy a suit for his cousin’s funeral. It was the first time he had ever owned a suit. He also appreciates how she helped when his hot water heater broke. Bettyann was able to act immediately to help with cleanup and avoid mold buildup. She does many other helpful things for him, but these are some of those special moments which stood out.

We meet such interesting people in our work and it is a delight to get to know our clients on a personal level. One who hails from England is a talented artist and writer. Her art, which covers the wall of her apartment, is outstanding! Gerri Caton CSW, BSW is her Aging Life Care Advisor™.
